I'm really confused. This is a great game great payouts. However imagine waking up opening up your game all your friends are gone all the levels that I worked so hard to achieve has all disappear. I had over 400 Jems and they all disappeared. So basically the game started me all over again. Can you please fix the problem or is it possible to fix the problem. Like I said great game. Great concept that payouts please help. Because it is such a great game I'm going to give the game five Stars however if the problem continues or the problem has not been fixed I will change my rating to a lower one based on customer service

I've been trying to get you to respond to this sinse June and I don't get this resolved but you give me one answer. Just when I I get up to I billion and the don't play the game for a week you say I have to update to play then I don't have the space so this is where we are in getting this issue taking care of. It lets you win at first then you eventually lose it all. Next the offers to buy chips pop up. Typical of these casino apps. Took too long to level up to play a different slot. Got bored playing the same one. Lots of guest users. I will be deleting this app.
