UPDATE: I had a bizarre payout for a stupendous spin and have been trying to contact Support since it occurred THREE DAYS AGO. This site is quickly becoming the worse casino I have ever played. I have never gone so long for a Support response in all my years playing lots of casino games. My fear is that Support is ignoring me until it will have been to long since the problem occurred that their records no longer go back that far and that there is nothing they can do.OLD REVIEWGreat, classy casino. Fun games with added features to win additional coins. Only 2 problems: I submitted 3 questions over past 2 weeks - no response other than their automated 'we have received your question", other is the constant lock ups, which I know frustrates their analysts.

My Opinion is Free
I took a year of hiatus from playing only to find that the app has had many changes. Two years ago, I considered this an awesome app & proudly gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can’t honestly say it’s worthy of 5 stars anymore. Some changes are good like creating side games for players to participate in & receive additional coins. The bad thing is glitches exists among those side games too, so you don’t necessarily get the coins you’re supposed to. More importantly than anything is lack of good customer service. Two years ago, I would send in a message along with a picture of what I experienced & their customer service would compensate my losses & eventually fix the problem. Now if I send in what I’m experiencing, I get a message back that ‘they’ve looked into the problem & all is okay now.’ No more compensation for losses caused by their glitches. Also, don’t expect to experience a winning streak. Another disappointing factor! Too bad the decision to change direction of the app produces disappointing gaming experiences. Example, you win a little a few rounds/spins but lose just as quick. If you move onto another game, same result. If you then decide to go into VIP, same result. So, if I decide to change strategy to play conservatively, guess what? The losing streak follows you no matter what game you play. My friend has a theory that players that make purchases on the app are probably tracked and set to purposely lose to continue purchasing. Whoever makes the decision to set the app to give little to no wins, please loosen up! Also what happened to all the Grease games?

Very upset with customer service technicians just got a new I- phone this weeks d when I activated my new phone I lost something very valuable to me ••• it’s the monthly calander ••• when apple transferred over my previous data for all my play to my new I phone I lost the first 2weeks of SEPTEMBER. I wrote a couple E-MAIZlS to complain to your lovely actually rude rotten & Nasty to me that it would be something like illegal for them to make my month of September equal to my play everyday now I have no chance of entering a contest only open to those players who play every day this complaint is about my wizard of ox play so I will not be playing any further tournaments like the find the bricks that I came in First for my team while they upgraded me to YELLOW DIAMOND LEVEL PLAY then after the tournaments they down-GRaded me back to BLACK DIAMOND. The technical support team for zynga could & should be a lot more courteous to their players especially those players who play everydayseptember month is up in a few days & I hope some- one in upper management apologizes to me for the rudest expressed by its COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT & GRANTS me ENTRY in a privelidge I have earned by playing every day 〰 as it is I am missing almost the first 10-12 days of the beginning of SEPTEMBER ❌ AS A Result I have not been playing except for the scratcher I received for completing the 5 ☑️ MARKS in order to earn I SCRATCHER which l did /THIs REVIEW is from Player RYDERDOG 0

Frustrated and disappointed

I just purchased the Gold Pass for $9.99 with an apple gift card and didn’t receive it. It deducted the $9.99 from my gift card but didn’t give me the gold pass. I am very frustrated with this game app. I have been playing this game for years. I’ve gotten to 100 billion dollars twice. Then I lose all my money really quickly. Once you lose your money it’s very hard to bring it back up. I bet the same amount or a little more and will win a couple of times but most of the time I’ll lose the money I’ve gained. If I try to bet a lot more I don’t win anything. It just takes all my money. I hardly win any bonus spins or bonus games. I have never won the mega jackpot in all the years I have been playing. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this game. The only highlight is the magic spins but even those you have to wait and collect 7 gold bars to get those magic spins. Then you can win up to 15 spins but the bets are 3 million or less. They should up the bets to at least 10 million so you can win more money. Also it is really sad that when you do finally win bonus spins during a game it only gives you 5 or 7 free spins and most of the time you don’t win much money during those free spins. I think the minimum spins should be 10 free spins per bonus free spins. Another thing that annoys me is having to wait for the ads to finish before you can get the five free spins to add up to the 30 free spins for the one game that comes on once a day. Also I hate the rags to riches game and you can’t get out it to play on your own. If you don’t play then your status drops and you’ll go down a level. Your loyalty bonus goes down. It’s ridiculous. When you try to keep up with the other players you lose a lot of money. I think it’s time for me to stop playing this game. I used to enjoy it now I don’t. I think it’s time for me to stop playing this game.
