Royal Club frequent flyer members can log in and check for your mileage points directly on the app.
Create Your Own Profile:
Effortlessly create your own profile from the app. You will need to enter your name, contact details, email address, etc. Get your very own custom dashboard on the app where you can see information like flight details, tickets purchased, etc. Once you've created a profile, all your passenger details will be auto-filled the next time you book your ticket on our app.
Login As Guest:
If you do not want to create a profile, you can log in as a guest and enjoy the same benefits.
Offline Ticket:
Gone are the hassles of printing your flight ticket. If you've purchased a ticket on the app, the ticket will also be stored on the app. You can just show this digital copy of your ticket when you check-in for your flight.
Check Ticket and Flight Status:

The app is just terrible. First, I could not book with it because it would not accept my international credit card. I had to go to a travel agent and pay in person. When I flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara, all the flights were cancelled or delayed due to bad weather at the Pokhara airport. Yet there was precious little info on the app about the status of the flights and I could not understand the announcements in the KTM airport - the English was so as that it was unintelligible. I rely on airline apps in these circumstances but not in this case. For my return trip I got messages on the screen of my iPhone two weeks before my flight, stating that flights were being affected by poor weather, but the messages were not visible on the app when I opened it (I was using it as a guest, not signed in). It found my flight when I searched for it, it then said I had no booked trips.
No storage permissions asked and no data stored in the app.

Tried booking tickets while continuing as guest wasn’t a very pleasant experience, wasn’t able to download the ticket since the app permissions were never asked for storage. Thought I lost my ticket and wasn’t able to see any history or info in the application. Thankfully the email arrived but a little late.(confirmation email should be instant for such big corporation handling big data. Security risk since people with same name can mix match the system as no DOB is required. Overall not a very good application for handling such big data.

The app is very well designed and has a clean interface. However, there is one consistent bug that informs me that the transaction wasn't successful when in fact the transaction was successful. Because after a few minutes I get my e-ticket mailed to me. I always use esewa as the payment method so I'm not familiar with this error when using other payment methods.As far as other improvements is concerned, real time notifications of important flight announcements and details would be a welcome feature.
