I downloaded the app and tried to enter my log in credentials at it keeps kicking me out. The main system isn't working for my sons lunch money either. First it just randomly stopped processing autopay last week then yesterday it said he had no money. I checked he had plenty in the account. Tried to contact the customer service via the help and it says I reach the page in error no way to contact. I tried to download this app in hopes of getting another way to contact and I can't get in.

The app worked fine last school year, and now that I need to replenish my son’s account, the submit button no longer works. I can log in fine from my computer but the app is frozen. I removed the app and download it again and it’s the same issue. Please fix the app so I can check on my son’s school balance easier. after reading the reviews, I realize this happened before.Thank you.

This app is horrible! We are new to the area. I entered the wrong school name (because there are 6 similar names and I didn’t realize the difference.). Now, I can’t find a way to fix it without contacting someone, who may or may not reply in the next 1-4 business days. The “how do I” section is no help! There’s 5 questions and if it’s not one of those 5, tough luck for you! There are way better school apps!

When it worked it worked decently. Recently I have had difficulty logging in. I keep getting error message that my sign on and password is incorrect or not in the system yet when I sign in through the internet I'm able to log right in. I really hope they get this fixed soon or maybe do some updates since it doesn't look like anyone is even maintaining the app.
