Bad Experience with Lenskart team

I placed my order online using app but there was not email communication when mobile is not reachable. They did not even care to update my order on application showing where it is and why it is blocked. When I called after a week to check about my order and delivery, I realized they have put my order on hold for no reason, when I asked them what details you wanted the answer is that there was some technical glitch in system hence my order was not processed. When in the call my call got dropped off but no one from the Lenskart team cared to call me back. This is not the experience I am expecting from such inline stores. The order which got processed after my escalation will take 10 more days to deliver. Which world Lenskart is in, we are in digital age where transactions and orders are delivered super quickly, but this team looks very slow and bureaucratic. I don’t recommend Lenskart unless you are passionate about their 3D feature in the app which never worked for me even after 10 trials.

The Lenskart app makes finding the right glasses very simple and fun. I really like the 3D try on feature which helps me see how different frames look on my face before I buy them. The home eye test booking is also a very helpful service that saves a lot of time. While the shopping experience is great, I think the app could be even better with faster delivery tracking and more detailed order updates.

I purchased two glasses at Greater Kailash II M-block New Delhi location on Jul 10 and they said they would ship it to an address that I could provide. They provided a WhatsApp number to which I was asked to provide the address which I did. No response to the WhatsApp message and no one picks up when called. Calling customer service leads to hours long wait on music and no one answers. Don’t ever go to Lenskart. Avoid Mr. Furhan who was my sales person - he has taken my 11 K and no glasses and no response
