Problem with the app

The app works fine as access token and activation for beneficiaries, however after activating the beneficiaries the app can’t be used to generate access token to the account.It will be stuck checking if there is any new beneficiaries to activate.

It still asking me when I login on inma app or inma internet if I want to use token or mobile sms!But I need to reactivate or reregister!No choice to register in inma app or internet
