I hate this app. My password frequently stops working and locks me out of my account then have to call the bank during normal business hours to get access to my accounts again which is just great on a Friday night and you can’t access your account until Monday. The Reset Password never sends an email. Tried setting up an account for my wife so we can access accounts but it says “we are having technical difficulties”. They use outdated and no longer recommended security practices like expiring passwords and security questions. It’s awful. I’m flabbergasted as to how this app says 4.8 stars. I can’t wait to be done with this bank so I don’t have to deal with this app anymore

Troubled 2
Obviously the developers don’t care. Stop by an Apple Store and they indicated it must be a developers problem. I did contact Plains Commerce for help, jumped through the hoops but nothing worked. I used it for depositing checks for approximately 5 years. About 6 months to a year ago I could not open it. Credentials were not valid???

The bank itself is fast, this App? Seems to ALWAYS have maintenance at midnight. I try to open the app for a smooth transfer and it’s always: “We apologize for the inconvenience thank you for your patience as we blah blah blah” get your stuff together, it’s ridiculous.
