I have banked at Heritage over 20 years at the Ft. Wright location, Sheryl & Nancy are THE BEST. I think they have been there longer than I have. Ever since the new update it has been harder to get into the app daily. I have to click out of it multiple times and try again every single time. Also money transferring into my account has been slow. I pay for an instant transfer fee and lately it has taken a couple days for it to go in.
