I absolutely love working with and for Victory. They have a solid team of professionals who are hard working and really care about who they hire and who represents them as well as their high profile clientele. I know they get a bad rap for "taking too long to pay" but they always pay and the payment is accurate. I also heard they improved their payment process too. I always look forward to working with them. Ive never been disappointed in any events I've worked and I have always had a chance to excel and be part of the best teams. They treat you with respect and care about you as if you were family, they make sure you get your breaks and there is always enough food for everyone . Not a lot of agencies do that. I really respect them because they have zero tolerance for sloppy workers and people who misrepresent their high standards. They have cool gigs and Ive met some amazing people because of that. If you're looking for a great experience and are a little patient this is definitely worth your while to sign up with. The app is also straight forward and easy to use also.

I have worked with a lot of agency’s but most are not very empathetic towards BAs needs. As the face of brands we are so key in happy activations and making sure it’s a positive experience. With victory we feel part of a community that cares and treats all BAs with respect. I have had really good communication and have some of the most memorable experiences with this agency. The app is pretty easy to use. Had no problem setting up my profile and submitting for jobs. They offer some cool events and cover lots of different cities. Yes, the more desirable events seem to be harder to book, but once you build a work history with them, I feel you book more and better gigs. The pay rates are decent and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

I’ve been booking gigs through Victory for the past few years, compared to other gig apps I prefer this one because of the quality of jobs, the organized details that are provided to you and the fact there are real people on call that you can contact for support while you’re on a job.
