1.0 New Features 1.1 General The overall design of the application has been updated and enhanced. 1.2 What’s New page The What’s New page is a new addition to the mobile app. In this page, users can view Drafts, PDA’s and FDA’s. Viewing of declined DA’s, DDA’s, SDA’s and VIs was not included in this release. Should the user require any assistance, a button has been included allowing them to send an email to DA-Desk support. 1.3 Port Call creation page The ability to create port calls within the mobile application is another exciting new feature. Users can now submit a port call with a validation of all information, e.g. ETA, activities, contracts, ext. Some of the included features of this page is as follows: • Ability to delete a port call. • Ability to add, edit and remove activities. • Ability to select agreements. • Ability to add, edit and remove instructions. • Ability to add, edit and remove contacts. 1.4 FDA page The ability to approve submitted FDA details have been included in this version. 1.5 FDA listing page A new page was included allowing the user to view all FDA’s. The users can also search for a FDA if required. 2.0 Enhancements 2.1 PDA page The functionality found in the PDA page remains the same as per the previous version. The page has been given a new look to improve the user experience. This page now caters for the use of internal reference numbers and interface unique references. 2.2 PDA listing page The ability to search has been included in the existing PDA listing page. A new API has been created to retrieve the list of PDA’s to show. 2.3 Port Call listing page The search functionality found in this screen has been updated to ensure for an easier experience. 3.0 Removed Features 3.1 PDA listing page Some features previously found on this page has been removed. The icons indicating 1st and 2nd tier approval have been removed because of the move to the new API used to generate the results. Total cost of the DA has also been removed from the view on this page. Details provided from PP have also been removed from this version. Users will no longer be able to see which DA’s have been paid and for which payment is pending. 3.2 Schedules Port Call page This page has been removed completely.
