The previous version from early last year was designed better than this update. Whenever myself or my husband go to make a money transfer it will allow you to pick the first account the money is transferred from, however when you pick the second account the screen goes blank and you have to go back to the main account screen. It usually happens multiple times in a row making money transfers extremely difficult and frustrating. Especially if you are checking out at a store and may need to move money for those purchases. Also the many times you have to verify your account despite having used it that day is also very frustrating. Now they have a constant add/banner on top of the screen for their free credit check. Overall not at all impressed with this current update. It is very annoying and frustrating to use.

I am having problems with this app almost every time I try to use it. Before this I would have to change my password. Now it is a problem of not opening what I try to open or something else similar to that. I have used this type of phone several years but always have some type of problem. I will just keep trying!
Loading issue.

I know that recently the app has gone through a major overhaul, but it’s really slow on loading and switch back and forth between tabs. I love using the mobile app but it’s very hard to do things fast and on the go like I use to will the slow loading.
