What a perfectly fitting name for an app - Genius! I’ve installed three apps by these genius app developers namely: Genius Scan; Genius Fax and Genius Sign, and I’ve found them all indeed quite genius and the best of any other competing apps. All the apps are intelligently developed and are very easy and intuitive to use. Excellent set of apps and I’ve no negative feedback on any of the features provided. Excellent set of apps and congratulations to the developers!!I’ve used this Genius Sign app quite a few times already after installing it. Some of the times I simply entered information on pdf files, initialed and signed them and emailed them, and one time I did the same things but faxed the documents using their other app called Genius Fax. By using their apps, I didn’t have to print out a pdf file, fill it out by handwriting, scan the documents and either email or fax it. So, I’ve been able to do everything on my iPhone! What a genius productive set of apps by the Genius developers! Love them!However, I’d like to see a few more features added to the Genius Sign app like highlighter, underliner and resizable hollow/filled shapes (arrow to point at something, star to indicate emphatic points, hollow elliptical to circle a word or a numeral figure) using desired color. I do understand that Genius Sign as it’s now is quite sufficient for the purpose it was created for but if those few features are added to it, it’ll become even more very productive app.

I am not sure that I have ever taken the time to write a review about anything, but I was just asked to rate this app, which I gave it a full 5 Stars. I was then asked to write a review. I won’t bore you with detail of why this App is top notch, as I don’t have to. It’s free give it a try. Regardless of whether you have a fast passed job or not, the three Genius Apps (Scan, Fax, Sign) work very well and integrate seamlessly with each other. The only cost I have decided to to pay for is for cloud storage and faxing. The days of using large, scan, copy, fax machine are in my rear view. How many people are sick of having to print something out just because they have to sign it and then scan it back in to send the signed document back? These three apps allow the user to do all of this right from your phone without paper and within seconds. It also allows sharing documents using just about any type of sharing account; Google Drive, Drop Box, One Drive, etc. I am aware there are many apps that do this. That said, when you combine the user friendliness with the cost or lack there of it’s unbeatable. That’s my two cents.....

Well, Genius Sign and Genius Scan are...wait for it:genius.And I'm sure Genius Fax is too; I just hope I'm never going to have to send a fax anywhere again. But Genius Sign and Genius Scan make me wish the Genius team designed every iOS app. These apps are powerful, intuitive, and stable, which is, sadly, a very rare combination anymore.I'm subscribing to Genius Sign, even though I very rarely have use for it, just because I want to support the developers and, when I do have use for the app, it's priceless. I'd like to subscribe to Genius Scan, which I use more frequently, but it's quite a bit pricier, and unfortunately I can't really afford that right now. I wish I could pay Genius Scan's subscription price and get full access to all of the Genius apps for that. But as it is, my subscription to Genius Scan will have to wait.If you can afford it though, and have use for an outstanding scanning app and an outstanding app for signing documents on your phone, I'm sure you cannot do better than Genius Scan and Genius Sign. In my opinion these two apps leave nothing to be desired. ♥️

So what I’ve found is that when someone emails me a time card or some other document I found see all the information on it and then I’d import it to the Genius Scan app where it seems some of the information does not appear. I may see their signature at the bottom of the document but the important information in the body is missing. It’s hard for me to explain without sending an actual copy for you to see. The documents are sent to me as either a PDF or sometimes a .jpg but the results are the same. I see everything then import it and some of they typed in portion disappears but at the bottom of the document is signed by the sender and I sign and send back without realizing there’s info missing. Another comment which I made before but never answered is why if I have a document that has colors in and I scan it that it’s always just black and white?
