August Fit is designed to help you monitor your health, keep track of your sleeping patterns and encourage you to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
This free August app is compatible with the August SWB100 bracelet. Once synced, you can use August Fit to keep track of the data your lifestyle generates.
Once your SWB100 is connected to your iPhone or iPad, and the app is installed you can:
- Wirelessly Sync all the information from your SWB100 to August Fit
- Monitor your daily targets and progress for Steps, Distance, Calories and Sleep
- Configure reminders for, getting active, wake up alarms, medication timings and custom alarms
- Review your sleep history and monitor your waking time
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
