Fast Workout, Quick Results!!
When I downloaded this app, I was in transition between gyms and feeling disappointed at the lack of home workout routines that worked for me. I was looking for something quick - (that fit into my busy work schedule) - but also something affordable and effective.
After watching dozens of home workout videos that left me feeling bored and physically unchanged, I tried the 1 min workout, despite my initial disbelief in its effectiveness.
The 1 min workout is the real deal. It draws upon your *internal* motivation (rather than fancy gym equipment and expensive memberships) to get you going. The best part about the workout, aside from the convenience of a super quick fitness routine, is that you feel responsible for your own positive body transformations! No coach necessary!!
After a few days of using the app (and truthfully, I use it in the morning and before bed), I feel refreshed and even a little more toned. The difference in my energy is subtle, but I know the workout has improved by cardio and strength. It's quick, painless, and effective! But why listen to me? Go try it for yourself!! Can't recommend this app enough!!
