In-Gym Machine Connectivity

I know for a fact that people would like to see some kind of machine connection. Instead of spending all this time plugging in info on their phones, it would tell you what machines you did, duration/reps, weights, etc.

WORST Gym ever and even worse customer service!!!!

I JOINED THE MIDWEST CITY LOCATION NOT PONG BEFORE THE PANDEMIC AND YOU KEPT CHARHING MY ACCOUNT FOR MONTHS EVEN THOUGH I WASNT ALLOWED TO GO BECAUSE THE LOCATIONS WERE CLOSED!! DUE TO COVID-19, I WAS LAID OFF AND WITHOUT ANY INCOME COMING IN AND SO I HAD YO LOVE BACK HOME WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE I COULDNT EVEN MAKE MY RENT, CAR PAYMENT ETC. I CONTACTED YOU ALL AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THAT I COULDNT PAY YOUR MONTHLY FEE ANYMORE LET ALONE ALL MY OTHER BILLS. YOU REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME. YOU REFUSED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND YOU KEPT TAKING MONEY FROM ME AND THEN YOU WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY TO CANCEL! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?! IF I CANT AFFORD THE $25 YET YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME THAT AND THEN AN EXTRA $90 TO CANCEL?! 10 GYM IS THE ONLY COMPANY TO TEFUSE TO HELP THEIR MEMBERS DURING THIS PANDEMIC!!! I KNOW NOW THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEMBERS. I STILL HAVENT EVEN GET THE UNEMPLOYMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BACKED UP AND I HAVENT GOTTEN MY TAXES BACK YET EITHER! YOU ARE THE WORST KIND OF COMPANY!!

Sick of their lame app

Club hours and special notices like holiday closings, etc should be easily seen when you open the app.
No such luck. I always have to call to get such information.
So stupid to leave basic information off the app!
