I am on level 600 this is a fun game.. UNTIL... I won the grand prize of 9 power ups for winning 6 levels in a row I have only done 2x.. For some reason the awards didn’t get credited.. I have spoken to 2 customer service representatives 5 emails in a week just to get something I earned. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be strung along... it’s a simple mistake.. I don’t think 5 emails just asking you to give the awards I earned is complicated..If they can just get their customer service together this game easy 5. It’s to frustrating to play a game and a oops happens 1 week 5 emails later I am STILL waiting?? I JUST DON’T GET IT!! beware!!! sad this easy one of my favorite games but to argue over this is not fun.. I see others have had this issue.. you say contact customer service, I have now what? One little suggestion if I win an hour or two of extra play (love it) but how about allowing me to choose when I have the time to use it.. it kicks in right away so it’s a play or lose... sometimes I can’t dedicate that kind of time when I play? It would be great feature if I can save it for a time in my schedule to dedicate a few hours when I can play to use it... Sad to lose it.. Just can’t always play for an hour or 2. Life gets in the way.. 😉🤔

I’ve played and loved this game for a few years. The thanks I get is cheated on extra 5 moves I buy you never get 5. You get cut off 1 short of winning!! They just cut you off!! . Now I’m getting Kicked Out of the App in the middle of play and at the worst times!! It’s making it impossible to play a game that was my Favsrite!!! Most Frustrating! And A Pretty Poor Excuse!! Just bought an Hour of play and didn’t get Credited!! These things Keep happening more and more. I’m not getting credits where I should. I see this is happening with other people and NO help from Customer Service !! This is SO frustrating and takes All the joy out of playing this game and I’m at almost level 1400 . And not the first time up!! I’m sick of being Cheated and Controlled !!! This shouldn’t be allowed!! And I have put money into these little extra because they put you in a position where you lose a level for SO long you are cornered like one move to win but you Have to buy 5 moves to keep from losing the chance to finally pass the level!! I give !!Careful of this trap!!! Things are good at first

This was a great game, up until couple months ago. I have written to support and sent them screenshots of the ads. The ads you can watch to get extra moves or booster. I’ve started getting ads from a game on the App Store called Can You Spot It : Puzzle game. This is a game for younger children. The ad starts off this time with a woman sitting on a commode with her pants down and a beer in her hand. This ad is on today’s watch ad for a free booster. Then it has a finger poking the woman in certain spots! This is what kids are seeing from Genie & Gems and from game listed. Go to the App Store and look game up listed above. I’ve reached out to support several times and then again today. I’m offended by the ads they are offensive tome as an adult. Do you want your children playing these games and seeing ads like this. Or games that have half naked women sitting on commode. I’ve place this game for many years but today it’s gone. The support people said they have no control over ads that’s shown on their game. Really find this had to believe! I want parents to know what they are showing to you children. Do not let your children play either of these games. I save the messages I sent to support. Want to keep them so I screenshot all the messages I did with them. If it would let me post the messages here I would. But something has to be done with games and the ads. Either the developer or App Store needs to do a better job. Do not download these games.

Downloaded the updated version and the screen goes black on about every other ad and...nothing. I have to leave the game and come back to it after some time has passed. Ready to delete it...I am updating my review. I really enjoy this game but... the games crashes on ads constantly. I see that the small number of coins I accumulated have apparently been stolen. I have encountered several double layer levels where the only match involves gems from the prior layer and all you can do is shut the game down because you can’t interact with the layer you just finished even though you can still see a portion of the last line of it and the jewels are flashing from that partial line as the only match. Watching an ad for extra moves never works because it always crashes. I am at level 1940 and it has become so frustrating. This is the second time at a high level as I logged on one day and was inexplicably back at level 1.Well here I am again...love this game. Finally back to a high level 2247 and the screen closes every time I try to play this level.November 2022: this is my favorite game, but here I am at level 2481 and the game just shuts down on the opening screen after clicking on PLAY. This has happened several times before.
