Does Not Support Chromecast

I really like this app because I am able to watch on demand and live newscast in select US market. When it first started almost all channels that participated were able to commit to on demand news replay. Now select channels, mainly independent local news networks offer on demand news that were previously air live. Big network channels do not allow their news to be played on demand, that may have changed. The main problem now is that some of these newscast cannot be played back on your television using Google’s Chromecast. I don’t use Apple TV so I can’t tell if they also disable this feature on all TV streaming devices. I like that I don’t have to download every one’s news app as I only want to watch their news live or on demand. It’s a shame that Chromecast users are unable to cast it on their TV.

I downloaded the app, back in 2017, I love all of the news stations on here, such as Fox, 17 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and WCC,M 13 news here in Grand Rapids, one problem here, I turned the notifications on, but I’m not getting any notifications, but the good thing about this app is that I can add any news station, to my favorites, but I would love to be notified about breaking news in my area, I am in the Grand Rapids Michigan area, I would also love to see Wood TV eight, back on the app, pretty cool thing about the app, is that I can also watch recent news broadcasts, that’s pretty cool, but please fix the notifications, and keep updating more often and keep adding more channels, I’d love to see nine news, Australia, and seven news, Australia, and sky news, but this is a pretty cool app. Keep it up,

In today’s society, with high costs and inflation of goods and everything else, we deserve an app in compliance with the times. I have been using News On for several years now and I have never witnessed such a push for wanting app users to gamble at this magnitude. I even feel victim to a casino game and lost monies as a result. These apps are damaging and the timing in do wrong and inconsiderate. It’s literally every add begging for you to download and lose monies bc they are certainly not handing and out. I simply want to watch my local news stations and tune in to the weather. If I want to gamble I will visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast community. Please change this.

I love how most of all of the streams are in high quality! Here’s the great part, though, since I’m in the ATL Metropolitan Area, I’m not only catching local Atlanta broadcasts, but I can also watch news stations from Toledo and Fort Myers for a couple of examples. However, some cities either don’t have much, or don’t have any channels at all. I’m satisfied that Atlanta has ABC, CBS, and NBC, but where’s WAGA FOX 5 Atlanta?? Also, I’m hoping updates in the near future could bring out more channels for more cities. Here are some recommendations that I (or we) would like to have.- More Local Channels for:Florida————• Fort Myers/Naples• Miami/Ft. Lauderdale• Panama City• Tallahassee• TampaGeorgia————• Atlanta (WAGA FOX 5 ONLY!)Ohio————• Cincinnati• Cleveland/Akron• Toledo- Add Local Channels for:California————• San Fransisco/Berkeley (Bay Area)• Los AngelesOregon————• Eugene/Springfield• CorvallisI understand that more recommendations are coming from reviews from other users, so don’t feel like your bombarded with channels that need to be added.
