MoneyLion has truly exceeded my expectations of any banking or rewards application. They offer a wide variety services from financial education, to banking and managing your money, and even loan and cash advancements. This app truly has everything you need to manage money and learn about everything from A-Z. They have sweepstakes and a play to earn feature that allows you to do earn actual cash rewards for playing games that are probably pretty similar to the ones you already have downloaded on your phone. This app doesn’t stop there either, they offer cash back on a wide variety of stores and have a feature called shake n bank that allows you to redeem cash back on every purchase exceeding $10. Not only do they have all of these awesome educational and money making opportunities, but if you happen to need some more in depth help, information, or help with your account in anyway, they also have 24/7 live chat support that is always amazing, helpful, informative, and truly caring and passionate about their consumers issues and finding a resolution. i am proud to be a customer of a company as wonderful as this one. You will never find a better team of people dedicated to making your financial journey as painless and rewarding as this one. Although MoneyLion isn't a official bank you can walk into, that is the only thing they lack. This so is filled with everyone any other bank that has a walk in branch does & more. I can't get loans or appliances on any other app out there. But this app gives me almost a grand every month on the mark of I want it. It's based part them back they don't steal it from you on your direct deposit what you get to borrow but you know what? That just ensures you can't mess it up! They allow you to pay them back any they don't steal it from you. They have excellent customer service, I've never had any issues And I have had this account for a few years now. This app helps you with all kinds of accounts. I have a loan account, I have an investing account, I have a crypto account, I have a rewards account, I have my advance account. This app has been a lifesaver in so many ways for me PLUS they help you with offers from all kinds of places from loans, to cars, to mortgages, to insurance, to store accounts for shipping, to discounts, money back, cash back... You know, even if I could get an account at a walk in bank-unless it's MoneyLion, I wouldn't even bother!! MoneyLion out does walk in banks by a million miles! I think this odd the only one that should exist! They actually care about their customers not just the accounts. In my experience, they go above any beyond everytime it's been needed and even when it hasn't. THANKS MONEYLION!!

Hi ML & folks who actually care ~ this day in age. I’m in a position I have NEVER been in, currently in my life. Specifically; the financial position I’m in. I have a job in sales and have worked there for over 22 years; with only the last 4 years being in the Field Sales department. VERY long story short and hopefully not seeming self centered ~ thinking anyone wants to read my whining boo-hooing; or anything about me; hopefully making sure it’s clear; that I understand, other folks are in a worse situation than me and I don’t want to understate that. This MoneyLion app has afforded me the ability to “stretch” my pay or I guess shorten the gap between paychecks. I’ve never lived paycheck to paycheck before; but unfortunately I am now and have been since a few months after the pandemic started. Sales plummeted; my job of 22 years is not as secure as before and it’s depressing. But thankfully MoneyLion has been able to help me fill gaps; because of the dates my bills are due and MoneyLion has helped me have a few dollars, to spend on a couple of little gifts - for Mom, my GF and my niece & nephew. But; point being: ML has been there for me and my family - in these VERY tough times and I’m so thankful for that. I’ve never written many reviews, but I just had to write this, so maybe other folks considering downloading ML - would see that it’s a legit and trustworthy company, you can feel secure doing financial business with. I received numerous emails and text on how I was approved for the $500. I entered in banking info and had to manually send in bank statement since it had to be verified. I was then told by representative , an email and text my bank passed the screening process and to continue with the next steps online, after re-verifying my banking info as asked it stated my account/rousting number didn’t match. I called back after waiting on hold for 25 minutes and was told they support team updated it in the system and to retry. I did it again and now received error message my bank isn’t supported! I called back and was told my bank was verified and passed the process on their end but wasn’t sure why I was receiving error online. In the meantime I’m still receiving text and emails telling me I can proceed to get the money....long story short no one can assist with why or how the online system is blocking my banking info saying it’s not supported I was even told to try and use the MoneyLion checking account to have funds deposited by a representative and transferred to that department and after being on hold 30 minutes this time I was told the MoneyLion checking account hadn’t been open long enough! Complete run around for the past 2 weeks and to this day I’m still receiving offers to apply and that my bank passed the screening process. Frustrating to do all of this for no resolution !!!!!
