I signed up but when I try to login it’s says customer not found but I’m able to rest my password with that email address. Then I try to create another account using the same email but it says email already in use login and it takes you to the login section already populating your email but when I try to login it says customer not found. Are you ever going to fix the app or do you not care about the many bad reviews in regards to your app issues

Every time I try to order via the app - which is quite frequently for our snack bar, it says it’s encountering a problem adding the order.

This app gets the job done, sort of. It often doesn’t transmit my order to the store and I end up waiting for them to bake the pretzels anyway. Very limited item descriptions, does not list all available items, but somehow also lists and allows you to purchase items the stores no longer carry

What a delicious blast from the past. Pretzels taste just like the ones I got on the streets on Philadelphia as a kid 50 years ago, but warm and fresh. The new sauces are great too especially the Carmel one.

I tried a few times to use the app and it was difficult to find some of the choices, but it finally moved along.

The app is easy to use. Sends an email and text right after you place your order.
