    I love this app. Instead of my employer having the power to adjust and do what they want with my hours without my control like my last job when I worked for 5 years with Walmart. It does give power to the worker but needs to be explained to some that they HAVE to approve their check or they literally won’t get paid. Now it might seem easy and diy…. But there’s always those few special people.

  • Most user-friendly HR app

    This is the most user-friendly app I’ve used at any company in my career. The new IWant tool is very helpful for navigation purposes. I would definitely recommend other companies to provide this level of technology to their employees.

  • The app is amazing

    The app is honestly amazing and gives a lot of details pertaining to breaking down your paycheck and gaining more information about the company you work for, as well as your position, company notes, and testing a sample of your check with added or without deductions. One thing about this function in particular is that the app doesn’t automatically calculate the overtime so that you can get a perspective of what that check can look like, it’s all calculated at regular pay. If in the near future, it would be a really nice feature have added. Thank you.

  • Great app, but…

    The app is really useful for work, but ever since these last few updates I’m not able to clock out unless I’m literally inside the building. I can’t even be in the vicinity of my site. I used be able to clock out in front of the site, that’s not an option anymore, you will most definitely be getting a location error message. I find this to be a complete waste of time when you have errands to run after work.

    This app is well-designed, but I have one specific criticism. Limiting users to a maximum of five direct deposit accounts is extremely frustrating. This restriction severely limits personal finance and investing strategies for your customers. Please increase this to at least eight (checking, savings, brokerage, Roth IRA, two 529s for kids, two UTMAs for kids). That’s not an unreasonable personal plan, and automating finances is key to success. Thank you.

    I get it is hard to change. But this app does not “save” your location when you have to transfer or go on a break. Like seriously? I am going to lunch and I have to add the location and position every single time. You might not think it is a big deal but that is a minimum of 4 times a day. It doesn’t even save my location for when I clock out with no break. I work in a fast paced location and the time I need to transfer between positions adds up. Plus we can’t even see who we are working with. And OMG if we forget to transfer and try to add it isn’t even worth the hassle. The only good thing is the calendar syncs with my phone calendar. Now my calendar doesn’t even sync with my phone anymore since it “expired.” WTH does that even mean, why would it do that, I still use the app daily. I did exactly what the directions said to do to renew it and it didn’t work. Now the ONLY way to see my schedule is to open the app. 😡
