  • Ideal for Beginners, not so much for advanced Bitcoiners

First of all I would say that Casa is a great wallet for people new to Bitcoin and mult-signature custody. Definitely worth every penny to have that extra layer of security when figuring out how it all works. I was happy with Casa for awhile but as I have been in Bitcoin for awhile I learned they didn’t have certain features which is concerning in a high fee environment. FYI if you don’t send your transaction with a high enough fee from your initial transaction it will get stuck in the mempool because the Casa wallet doesn’t allow you to replace by fee, unlike most modern wallets today. This struck me as odd considering it’s 2023. Not trying to bad moth casa just wanted users to be aware. Hopefully this feature is available in the future. Overall good wallet for beginners. Good luck Casa. Thanks for everything.

Having gotten burned in the Celsius scam and locked out of the platform I learned the hard way that if you don’t own the keys you don’t own the crypto - casa was there for me from that moment on and has been easily accessible. A very important subscription and sense of security in the scam-ridden and hacker’s haven of this emerging crypto landscape. A tough lesson to learn but casa is a good solution - I urge everyone to secure their crypto here and also consider their legacy service so it can be accessed generationally

  • Not recommended can’t set up wallets

No happy with this app , they charge me the whole subscription even if you can make it work or not ,I got problems with my nano ledger S I can’t set it up ,I cancel my subscription and now they said they cannot give me a refund ,they just cancel the subscription until next year that’s not fair, I don’t wanna say this is a scam because they say is not his problem if you can’t set it up your wallet they want you to try different ways I did , with any result, I called them to cancel and now they can’t give me any refund ,be aware if you not really good on crypto world and hardware wallets not recommended

    Developer Response

This customer was refunded on Sept 9th. We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously and are happy to work with them to get set up properly with Casa.If a customer is not able to get set up to their satisfaction with our service we absolutely would not keep their money and refuse a refund. In this specific case you were unwilling to work with us to try to help you resolve your ledger issue. Your refund request was further delayed because you were not able to verify the email address that owned the account and this is a required step for cancellation. Once this was done we were able to process the refund for you.

    ForReal/Really,Okay

Second time this app has popped up on my phone Casa coins be in charged of your own security holdings is the message along with a trial button then something about API keys pops up on the screen. And after haveing to download app and renter my apple password I receive an error message and tells me errror with account and unable to request password or open up an account so hope coins were not transferred into account if so stolen and how will that effect my account ? Then 24 hours response from support page unacceptable

Been using casa for over a year. Very easy to use. Not happy with them recently deciding to store ETH, as it was a Bitcoin only company. That will prove to be embarrassing in the coming few years. But the product is still excellent for BTC key storage. If I held ETH, I would want casa for my keys too… I’m just not that stupid.

Casa is incredibly easy to set-up and use. Plus. the dashboard is pretty seamless to send and receive. I am sure multi-sig will be the norm in the future to secure your assets replacing single-AIG as the industry evolves. Casa seems to be one of the best UI’s and experiences out there in my opinion.
