  • Good. Basic usability issues from the getgo.

App is awesome, but there’s some issues that popped out to me right away. When clicking your profile icon > profile then from there click Referral and then Edit Profile, you get a stacked window setup. The problem with this is that when you are done in that area, instead of closing it with one click on the “X”, depending on how deep you went, you will have multiple windows to close. Secondly, if you go from the main Projects area, then to My Tasks and click “Focus Mode” on the left, it is close to impossible to see the “Break Focus” button to exit focus mode and it is on the opposite side of the window. It took me a while to find it after having to resort to View > Reload and reload the whole app. These basic usability issues could be resolved with more visible icons and some sort of non-stacking window setup, where close via “X” actually means close, instead of a history “back/forward” setup that it currently has. Other than those little nitpicks, app is solid.

  • Almost there...

The core of this app is great. Great overall UI/UX to help simplify the complexity of projects. However, some little things are not as polished as they should be. I'll list the small problems for dev and users:- The dark theme doesnt make the foreground dark in every view/page, which makes your work blinding and illegible.- The customizability and editing options are GREAT, BUT they are in too many different places. Like, it's way too difficult to find the dialogue window to just delete a task.- There should be more icon options, especially ones that are more pertinent to business style things: folders, monitors, etc.- More visual accents for color coordinating projectsThis app is seriously wonderful otherwise; clearly made with a lot of thoughtfulness. I feel like 4 is a bit too harsh--would give 4.5 if I could, and would definitely give a 5 if some of these smaller UX things were polished

  • So Much Potential

I have really high hopes for this app. It's not perfect yet, but the app's interface offers a lot of flexibility to allow the user some choice on how they want to stayed organized. Allowing others to be able to join a project and having a calendar view as well makes it even better. Like I said, it's not perfect yet since there are technical mishapd but it's an app worth downloading and using still as the developers smooth everything out.

  • One of the best PM software out there!

    Omar Tan

I've tried many PM softwares, and Ora has been my favourite so far. It has a beautiful modern look to it, UI/UX is generally great with a few niggles around some areas, it's simple and flexible enough that you're able to do different PM methodologies based on the project needs. It might not be as popular or big named as other more established players and may miss some features but give it a try and you may be suprised!

  • Very modern with a great UI/UX – better than Trello

    Ricardo Bonilla

I’ve used Trello quite a bit and other platforms.I find Ora to be the most enjoyable with really useful tools, templates, and settings.Bonus for being on Ubuntu Linux as well.

  • No iOS app!!

    SBCpp

I have had this app for over a year. Overall it is stable, has a beautiful interface, easy to use, and loaded with great functions. There are two problems:1. There is no true desktop version.2. No iOS vesrion. It seems that the developers have been working on this sincle late 2018! In the meanwhile, I also downloaded MeisterTask, which is similar in functionality and has an iOS app for over a year. The iOS vesrsin DOES work offline. I really cannot work without an iOS version, so after a long wait I will delete Ora and stick with MeisterTask.

  • Masterpiece

Rarely have I experienced an application with such power and flexibility that nails the "intuitive interface." There are geniuses behind the scenes putting this app together. It disappears in a magical way allowing you to focus on your work, but without being weak on functionality. There are a few novelties to the interface that might seem confusing at first, but they are great innovations worth acclimating to. You’ve found a gem.

  • Really useful, beautiful simplicity in design yet loaded with features

    bhibb

Having used many Kanban and project management solutions this is a breath of fresh air. Focuses on simplicity in terms of usability but everything you need is there. Not only that but it is free. What more could you want. Give this a try for personal productivity or project management and I am sure you will also find it extremely invaluable.

  • All in one awesome

    laurenceanthonync

Ora has it all. projects, milestones, sprints, tasks, kanban, gantt, agenda, calendar, private chat, screen share, video comments, reporting and more.

  • Ora’s installation is version 1.0.31

    OurVoyage

Ora’s installation, (via Mac App Store) is version 1.0.31. I wish I didn’t have to do research at the Developer’s website to discover that this is a PAID subscription based task management plan; and that it is only free if you choose the BASIC plan for up to 3 members.

  • Option to chnage a name of the attachment

    Mar-feja

PLEASE add the option to change a name of the attachment in the task and option to modify the font (bold, italic etc) in the checklists. This is a major inconvinience for the poor PM

  • Crash

    Sakule13

Every time when app asks to reload for update it crashes when reload is clicked
