I deleted my account during the trial period, after confirming there was no subscription tied to my Apple account. The app says the same, that you delete a subscription through your phone settings subscription menu, which showed no sub, so I should have been safe. But the App Store had initially pushed me to their website to complete signup, and apparently the process is different - and cancellation different from what the app tells you to do. I thought it was safe to delete my account after following what the app said. But that meant there was no way for me to access the account created through my email, as there was no account with that email any longer, to end the sub that was still being charged despite me doing what the app said to cancel subscriptions. The company charged me $40 and refused to refund the subscription fees when I wrote them, even though I didn’t use the subscription and couldn’t access the services at the time charged. I reviewed the sign-up email and I do not see a distinction there on a different mode of sign-up or cancellation either. Just “you’re in” and the email for sign-in.If you write them about cancelling, they have an auto-response email on all the ways you can cancel - which is different from what the app itself says. The app itself does not operate like the advertisement quiz, either, so it feels like I was suckered into a fake product and then erroneously charged. I cannot recommend getting even a trial of this app’s services.
