One number. Every week. Weekly turns your bills, income and savings goals into a single Safe-to-Spend amount. No categories to balance. Free to try.
One number. Every week.
Weekly turns your whole budget (income, bills, savings goals) into a single Safe-to-Spend amount for the week. No categories to balance. No spreadsheets. Stay under your number and you're on track. That's the whole system.
MOST BUDGETS ASK TOO MUCH
Tracking a dozen categories sounds organized. In practice, it's the reason people quit. Weekly asks for one number and does the math for you.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Build your budget. Add your income and your recurring expenses: rent, car payment, subscriptions, utilities, anything fixed. A guided setup walks you through it.
2. Spend by the week. Whatever's left becomes your Safe-to-Spend. Stay under it, roll the leftover into savings, and start fresh on Monday.
3. Connect your bank. Transactions sync automatically from 10,000+ U.S. banks and credit unions through Plaid. Weekly can even spot recurring bills in your transactions and add them to your budget. Rather log by hand? That works too.
Not paid weekly? Most people aren't. Enter your income however it really arrives (every two weeks, twice a month, monthly or variable) and Weekly turns it into a weekly number automatically.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED. NOTHING YOU DON'T.
• Safe-to-Spend, always visible: right on the home screen and your lock screen widget, updated as transactions clear.
• Bills, on the calendar: see what's due and when, get a heads-up before due dates, and spot anything past due at a glance.
• Funds & savings goals: pick a target and a date, set aside a little each week, and watch it stack up.
• Spending tracker: a live picture of where your money's going, without forcing you to categorize every coffee.
• Couples: share one budget with your partner. Each of you keeps your own login.
• Every balance in one place: checking, savings and credit cards, side by side.

If you have bills set to auto debit your bank account, or if you have multiple accounts and are sick of having to check multiple apps or websites, and you just want to know how much you have to spend, this app (pro account) is for you!I downloaded Weekly to help me see exactly what money I had to spend without spending hours at the table every week looking through statements and checking balances, then trying to project what would come out and when. I signed up for pro, and I think it's very reasonably priced for what I can do with it. With the pro account I can see all of my balances in the bank and on the credit card. It updates my transactions at least once a day. Then I can categorize the transaction as coming from my safe-to-spend amount or a different place in the budget. It also helps me save money by taking it directly from my budget and I can keep track of my goal. It's helped my son start saving for a new truck and a new PC. I also was able to share it very easily with my husband. He has his own login.Checking your bank account balance before buying stuff is all good, but what happens when the bill that was supposed to automatically withdraw hasn't yet? Or maybe you forgot you had a different one coming out soon. Or you get paid biweekly and struggle to keep enough in the bank to balance out your budget... just get the app 😊
Bad with money? This is your app!

I have tried them all: Zero dollar, envelopes, buckets, detailed, basic, you name it. I really wanted to get a handle on my finances. I have ADHD and I need to keep track of my expenses and transactions religiously otherwise I will forget what is due, not account for things, etc. Right now I am living paycheck to paycheck. I get paid weekly and my check always fluctuates because of tips and three different wage types. With this app I keep track of my four walls and reoccurring expenses and then it basically gives me what I can spend (like an allowance) every week. I dropped a shift at work and my weekly “allowance” went into the negative. Now I know I have an income issue, not a spending issue. There are a few limitations I’ve had to work around by entering something manually or in a different manner to keep things as accurate as possible. One thing I will say is that support is SUPER responsive! Every time I’ve had a question, problem or suggestion they have replied very quickly. I’ve even had one question answered on their vlog so I could visually see how to handle the issue. I have noticed changes suggested in these reviews from other users included in updates. They care and They’re great! That makes me stick with it even through those quirks because I know it’s going to get better with every update. Overall, it’s the best fit for my circumstances and needs. This is the accountant I can’t afford telling me what I can and cannot spend every week. For a free spirit who rebels against a budget or someone who manages their money weekly, this app is the way to go!!

A Really Great Budgeting App
ashanthonyn
I’ve tried several different budgeting apps and I’ve found that they’re either (1) hands off and require the user to manually track individual expenses or (2) so automated that the whole process tends to be a bit more complicated than it needs to be. Weekly is perfect in that it automatically pulls in transactions (w/ Plaid integration) - keeping the experience relatively hands off - but doesn’t overcomplicate the whole thing. The user experience and interface is super clean and easy to follow. Keeping everything within a ‘week-window’ also makes it more manageable to track expenses and understand how much is ‘left’ to spend based on income. A great app that I would definitely recommend. Just for some feedback points to make the app even better: wish there was a bit of a higher frequency rate at which Plaid pulls in transactions (may not be a Weekly app thing, but more Plaid-related). Also wish there was a way to re-review prior week transactions to reclassify if needed. Lastly, more of a nice to have - would be kind of cool to have a daily-view next to the weekly total. Just to help further ground the user on understanding what their daily budget is to help make better sense of spend limits. Amazing app and will continue to subscribe after weekly trial!

Thank you so much for your positive review! I’m so happy to hear Weekly is providing a structure that works so well for you!I’m happy to say that we are working on an option to improve syncing consistency as well as support for editing transactions in prior weeks. Look for future updates around those two! The daily breakdown idea is an interesting one. We’ll keep a bit of that suggestion as well. Thanks again and feel free to reach out if you need anything to support@weeklybudgeting.com
Finally a Simple Weekly Budgeting App
Jinx coke
I have tried many budgeting apps from super detailed to basic information. My main challenge has always been I don’t live on a monthly budget. I live weekly even though I do get paid once a month. At the end of the month I was usually low on cash. Also tracking my spending was difficult with all the transactions etc. I even resorted to a weekly cash envelope system. This app is super simple. It covers recurring bills and then the rest is your free to spend cash. So for example gas, most budget apps would put that as a recurring so I would put $209 for the month. But then one week I would spend $65 and then the next week I would spend $40 due to gas price fluctuations. I could never really see if I had surplus or went over until the end of the month. Here the transaction comes up and it takes it from free to spend. If your under it only takes that exact amount from free to spend. So guess what I can see the extra $5 for a latte! Hope all of this makes sense. It’s definitely worth it for me to live with a weekly allowance.
