The app still needs some improvements, but it’s reasonable because it’s still a beta. It’s great to have a virtual card that works with ApplePay and to make transactions in dollar with the lowest fees.

Fiz todos os procedimentos, aguardei até o dia seguinte para que fizessem a análise da conta, e no dia seguinte eles simplesmente negaram sem justificativa nenhuma. Tentei refazer o cadastro com os mesmos dados e consta que já possuo um perfil na Nomad, mas quando eu digito meus dados para acessar a conta aparece a mensagem de conta negada! Que absurdo, pediram todos os meus dados, me fizeram esperar e negaram. Porque, eu tenho direito de saber!! E apaguem meus dados do sistema de vocês! I did all the procedures, waited until the next day for them to analyze the account, and the next day they simply denied it without any justification. I tried to re-register with the same data and it says that I already have a profile on Nomad, but when I enter my data to access the account, the message of account denied appears! How absurd, they asked for all my data, made me wait and denied it. Because, I have the right to know!! And delete my data from your system!

The app did not convert my local currency into dollars in 3 attempts. And there was no immediate response. I am waiting 3 days to this transaction that I needed with urgency. I mentioned in the “help” chat that it was an emergency and the bot responded that they would go back to me in 3 days!!!!! For a financial transaction???!!! And Inhave mentioned many times in the chat that I needed to talk to a human but the response was another automatic menu. Result: I lost the transaction.

Why is not possible make a PIX from Nomade do other Brazilian accounts? Other point, ehy does not have Zelle, Chash up or similar payments methods that all American banks offer? Other point, take a loooong time for convert the currency too. Why the fee for transfer money to other bank American account is so expensive? Please, it is more than time for make this improvements.
