I rated the app four stars because the stories are good, but I do get sick and tired of later chapters costing so much more that it’s almost impossible to finish a story. I am on a fixed income, I cannot afford to subscribe. I don’t mind watching ads to read a story. It’s the sacrifice one makes to read stories. Also, authors, please check your spelling and grammar. I think you all could write books and make royalties, but in order to get a publisher to read your manuscript, it’s not only got to be a good story (you have that), but it has to have correct spelling and grammar. Google will tell you how to spell words you don’t know. Also, the correct word for the thing—for example: Ceiling not Sealing for the thing over your head in a room. Sealing is closing up a container. Keep writing, Host, make it more accessible for us older folks.

It is nice that you can get alot of free chapters watching ads before you max out for the day. However, the chapters are so short that they are really just a few paragraphs per two ads. Paying would cost more than any book I have paid for so that is not an option for me. And obtaining free chapters is hard to get. Free reading time-I haven’t gotten any of that. And the books seem to be AI generated because they are lacking human emotion and detail a human would put into writing them. Passes the time and I do read them anyway. Are you looking for writers? I know I can smoke what is in your library with my stories… show me the money….

They put fake phone numbers on your credit card bill and make it incredibly hard to cancel subscriptions. I signed up for one subscription expecting to read for a week and then cancel. They started billing me for three subscriptions a week and it took me months to figure out how to cancel it!!! Any book app that says you are going to be billed by Changduhk - run for the hills! It’s a scam! When you touch the screen to try to switch away from subscription and sign up to just buy a limited amount of reading, if you come back you discovery it’s actually still set on subscription! Is that how I ended up with three subscriptions? Yes the books are good but clearly they are not there to provide a service. They are there to force you into signing up for financial agreements you were not willing to make! Go find apps not affiliated with these scum!

There seem to be 1000 of these new apps where you can read half the story or a quarter of the story, and then if you want to read the rest of it, they will let you buy subscriptions. This one is as good as any other, although you can get a lot less expensive books for nine dollars a month and I’m talking entire books, for $9/month, in the Kindle app. For once I wish one of these apps would let me finish a story out of good will. If one ever did do, I may pay them some of my money.
