I am so grateful for this app. I was sporadically checking prices on a bigger ticket item for Christmas. I thought I got the lowest it would go and forgot I still had this alert going. I woke up to an alert it dropped to an all time low and immediately grabbed it again. Hours later it was back to beyond full price. So pleased this app really works.

If I can give it negative stars, I would. I had been getting charged for the monthly subscription, and emailed them about cancelling it cause I wasn’t aware on how to do so, and when I emailed, I had not gotten an answer in weeks, and got charged again for that month. When I made a new email thread, they had finally answered me and said they weren’t able to process the refund cause one of goes through, they can’t give the money back. I told them it’s not my fault I got charged and showed them screenshots of me emailing them asking how to cancel, and they are claiming that they never received that email. After me getting back with them at least 3 more times, they just IGNORE MY EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER ME ANYMORE. THIS APP IS FRAUD AND IM LETTING YOU KNOW ASAP BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU!!!

A dotted line called “Desired Price” has appeared on my charts. I do not want to see this line in my app, and there are no visible options to disable or remove it. This feature is useless — it doesn’t reflect real prices or provide any analytical value.I already sent you a message about this issue three or four days ago, but no one has replied. It’s also very difficult to find a direct way to contact support — there are no clear links or instructions for communication.Please explain how to remove the “Desired Price” line and make your support contact information more accessible.
