  • Horribly glitchy app which makes the service unusable

    guitarplayer1994

The app is glitchy at every step - It gives you error messages when you try to make an account of upload an ID, it crashes when you try to scan a bike. Taking out a guest bike has never worked. It took over a month before it would finally accept my ID for an electric bike.Customer service does not exist. Whenever you fill out the form on the app, it gives you an error message when you hit submit. Calling the phone number doesn’t work either.Sometimes when I try to rent a bike, the locking pin in the back wheel doesn’t unhinge, or the connector pin to the dock doesn’t release, but the app says I’m using the bike, and now I can’t return it because I can’t rehook the things that never unhooked in the first place. This app has 1 star, and deservedly so. Jerusalem is way too car infested, and in desperate need of more bike (and specifically e-bike) usage. This is such a missed opportunity by the municipality to do something great for the people of the city.

  • Terrible, terrible app

    ajbajbajbreviewreview

I wanted to rent a bike, but the app is impossible to use. It has been over an hour and I have still not been able to enter payment details, even after trying every possible solution. I have not been able to reach a single person who could help navigate the app.I live in this city and could imagine myself potentially using the service every day to commute to work. Unfortunately, with an app so glitchy, there is no way I will become a paying customer. It’s a shame- this city needs a viable solution to the traffic and congestion from the private cars.

  • Poor user interface

    Nick_sel

The app just felt slow and laggy, when you are filling in text the icon are on top of the text, or you got a problem where you don’t even see what you are filling in, the ID scanner feels nothing official and just feels like they are taking a picture without your ID, also I wanted to rent the E bike, so I scanned, then asked to put in my ID, then after a few try’s it worked, but then I scanned the bike and it wasn’t working. All and all this app felt rushed, and that is why I feel like the bike company will fail.

  • Crappy app

It seriously feels as though the app designer (for at least the English version) has never used an English app. It’s extremely confusing and it took us twenty minutes to rent a bike. One particularly annoying (and easy to fix) problem is the button labels. We saw a button say “copying image” and assumed that meant that it was copying the id image. After a couple of minutes of nothing happening, it became apparent that we had to push the button to start the process. The “unlocking bike” button was similar.

  • Not happy with the ride

    Ima1026

Signing in took a while specially that the scanner for the ID (drivers license) was not working properly. However, after trying multiple times it worked. Unlocking the bike was easy. But after being on the bike for over 20 minutes I realized that my left leg was hitting a part of the bike the whole ride and the seat was pretty uncomfortable. I got home with bruises on the back of my left leg. Finally, I thought 42 shekels is a bit pricey for an hour ride.

  • Works mostly

I’m surprised they only have 1.3 stars it has mostly worked for me… they do have strict Shabbat restrictions but so does all Jerusalem… I have had issue docking but they called me and fixed the issue.
