I forget my stuff inside one car work with this company and it’s easy to contact with them and they help me fast and I get my stuff and the same day thank you very much and I appreciate it for each one working in this company, and thanks for the driver I contact with him and he’s coming to my address to give me my stuff and he didn’t charge me. Everything is really good guy.

The car’s plate number doesn’t show up!!!!!!!

I’m having this issue since i’ve downloaded the app, when i order a taxi most of the times the car’s plate number does not show with the driver’s details, and i’m having such a bad time with that because isn’t it the whole point of taxi apps to be safe and all? i even had a taxi where i asked the driver for the plate number because it didn’t show up and he literally told me “ i don’t know my plate number” which by the way that it self is a whole other problem, i wish you could fix this issue because it’s really a big problem.

Old cars, unpolite captains, affordable prices but when the ride ends Captain asks for an extra charge! When you complain the company says Yes we will fix this but nothing has changed😏 Close this bad App please and start another successful business.

my problem is not with the app it self but with the company behind it and the service the provide with there drivers I downloaded this app about 2 month ago I tried to get a ride for about 20 times and I never get a car at my site, the number of times I was late or get embarrassed with my friends or family for making them wait a long time for nothing, the drivers cancels me almost every time and some of them just leave me hanging for way too long then cancels, after all of that I just gave up on this app entirely, I don’t recommend it at all👎🏻
