It feels like there are several writers or the one writer is all over the place. So many inconsistencies in this book! For instance. There’s a dog that was gotten from a rescue who in the beginning was a border collie and was black and white. Then it was a golden retriever. Then back to the collie etc…. One character in the book was named Cecilia now her name is Susan. The main character has blond hair on the cover of the book but halfway through it seems the author got an idea and her hair is long black straight. Now she’s part Asian. Then there are times where a chapter repeats exactly the one before it. Also the stories change regarding things that happened. It is all over the place. And the book is so looooooong and one thing after another and new characters popping up or changing roles. The book would be a great book because the story line is good but the writer(s) need to get it together. Never got to finish the book and I was almost finished. It completely disappeared. This app is horrendous! Do not fall for the $1.99 scam as it is almost impossible to cancel. Walk away. Go read somewhere else.

I got a 1 week subscription and canceled it. Then noticed they tried my card again recently. I went through the purchase history in app and nothing. I went through the wallet, nothing. Went to the subscription and nothing there either. I contacted support and was given a link to unsubscribe. I clicked the link and it said I was unsubscribed. I could not interact with anything on the page. I thought this was cancelled. Today they charged me $9.99 and the charge was from BestNovel instead of moboreader who originally charged me the first time. The receipt says 1-11 but today is 1-10… says my auto renew date was 1-11. Again today is 1-10. Just a rip off. I contacted them again following the same prompts but the page never loaded. So I cancel cancel in the app. I reached out to them at the email they provide for support and they told me to contact them in the app. Which is a joke! I tried hitting agent and got some message saying they are away from their desk and even got an email saying the cancel notification was not received but they had screenshots of me asking to cancel… so why can’t they cancel it? They won’t, because this is a rip off. Bad customer support.

I gave this app a try based upon the teaser story for the novel, “ the jilted wife spectacular billionaire comeback.” after reading 217 chapters, and going through a ton of ads, the book has no ending, and it only says: “updating.” What does this mean? Is this a software update or is the book not finished? If it was unfinished, the reader should’ve been warned before selecting it, and they certainly should not have used it as their promo teaser! If it hadn’t been for this problem, I would’ve rated the app more highly. A lot of things work better with this app than some of the other others I have tried.. However, I can no longer trust it if I go through all of this ordeal to get to the end of a book only to find out there is none. Administration please tell me what this “updating” means, and if this book has an end, and if not, when the ending will be expected. Thank you for also listing the name of the author. It reflects the fact that you respect the author and don’t treat them merely as a number in your catalog.

Where to begin…I saw an ad while playing another game, started reading, and decided to download the app because I was interested in the story. Here are a few things to know based on my experience:-Each “chapter” is on average 220 words, which translates to a little less than one page of a standard, double-spaced Word document. -After the material read in the original ad, you have to watch an ad after every chapter, but it doesn’t stop there. After about Chapter 30, it was two ads after each chapter. I got to Chapter 80, and now I had to watch three ads between each chapter. That’s where I stopped. Per the percentage at the bottom of the page, I was only about 25% through the book. -The ads aren’t short—usually a minute—and they can’t be skipped or shortened. -After reading the other reviews about what happens when you pay for not having ads, I’m glad I didn’t go that route. So I spent about an hour total reading and more than 2 hours watching ads. I’d like to have read more but this app is ridiculous.
