How It Works

Open your 1.800MD app, visit 1.800MD.com, or call our toll-free number to request a consult with one of our board-certified physicians. Next, you will provide your medical history so that our doctors can deliver the best care possible. As a member, you have access to unlimited consultations from anywhere in the United States at any time. Where applicable, a nominal consultation fee applies for each instance.
2. Get care
1.800MD offers unlimited consultation times with a 15-minute average physician call back time. 1.800MD has physicians in all 50 states* that are equipped to diagnose, treat and write prescriptions, as needed, all through the convenience of a telephone and/or digital communications.

3. Feel better
Prescriptions can be written, if warranted, and instructions to put you on the road to recovery are clearly outlined. Opening your 1.800MD app or by visiting 1800MD.com, you may access your secure portal at any time to review any previous consultations.

This app is extremely glitchy. Tried to add a surgery and it kept giving an error. Log in on a computer and it had been added 6 times. Can’t view my records without it crashing.

Needs updated and fixed!

Read your reviews and update the app. It never saves the pharmacy information, even immediately after you've entered it. Screen displays white and no way to exit except to completely close out the app. Starting over 3-4 times is not something that someone should have to do, let alone when they're not feeling well.

I wanted to get screened for Coronavirus bc of the symptoms I had. They told me they couldn’t do that, that I had to go through a screening through the government listed number for my state. I did and was told that I screened negative for covid-19. So I requested again through 1800MD to be screened for a cold because I obviously have something. Everyone I request a consult I received a text message saying my request has been dropped. Awesome.
