1THING is an AI contact management assistant for solo residential real estate agents, with a built-in real estate CRM. A traditional CRM gives you tools and expects you to operate them. 1THING does most of the everyday admin after your calls for you. You stay in control and can review, change or skip anything before it is saved. HOW A CALL GOES Make and take calls in the app on your own number. When the call ends, 1THING writes it up: a summary, the notes, the follow-up task or meeting, and the person it belongs to. You open the write-up, tap Add on what you want kept, and move on to the next conversation. WHAT THE ASSISTANT DOES • Summarises each call in plain language, usually within seconds • Writes the notes and the follow-up for you • Offers to save an unknown number as a new contact, already filled in • Answers questions about your contacts and deals ("Search or ask your Assistant") • Records a meeting in the room with Record meeting and writes that up too CALLING • Incoming calls ring like a normal phone call, even on a locked phone • Clients see your own number, not a new one • Recording is your choice, and only on when you turn it on • Transcripts stay on the contact's record THE CRM UNDERNEATH • Contacts, leads, deals and activities • Buyer, seller and rental pipelines • Custom fields • Two-way email sync with Gmail and Outlook • Business card scanner: photograph a card, get a lead • Optional contact sync: brings the people in your phone into 1THING and keeps their names in step • A Today view of what needs doing Works with your 1THING account. Calling is available for Canadian and US numbers. Recording laws differ by province, state and country. You are responsible for getting consent where it is required.

Calls: the call screen keeps the person's name when a call ends, and the recording control waits until the call is answered. Activities now shows your Google and Outlook events, and adding a contact from a call tells you if it may already be saved. Plus fixes and improvements.
