Thank you for allowing people who already paid to upgrade for free. That was the ethical and moral thing to do and I'm so glad you're not scum like so many of your App Store brethren. Many other developers couldn't care less about their customers. So, it's refreshing to see that you actually to seem to care and that you have a conscience and are doing the right thing by the people who supported you. Thanks for that uncommon decency on your part as an iOS developer.Though, one thing, it looks like the free upgrade for paid owners is limited. I personally would make that offer for people who already paid an indefinite offer, since some folks might not be able to upgrade in the allotted time. This is a good app with a lot of flexibility. The only thing I would like is if the voice would say the label for each timer instead of just saying how many minutes are on the clock. For example if you’re using this for a workout, having the app announce which exercise is next would be more helpful. I have a chain of timers for a workout but it doesn’t read what exercises I’ve labeled each timer. So I have to check something else to remember which exercise is next. If there’s a way to do that, I haven’t figured it out.Edit: new release now has voice prompts making this 5 star for me. It is very flexible and you’re able to adjust everything.

There aren’t many options when it comes to audible timers, that is timers that tell you the countdown rather than requiring you to look at a screen. This is the best one I’ve found this far. It’s well thought out and has some nice features making it worth the purchase, like customizable timers, timer chains, the option to count up after a given timer has reached zero, and quick timers. That said, it has room for improvement: It sometimes decreases the audio volume of other apps while running in the background, even when it’s not saying anything. When this occurs, I force quit the 1Timer app and the audio volume of the other apps returns to normal.

This is the one you want. No matter what you’re looking for out of timer functionality or voice reminder functionality, this is almost certainly it. You can customize EVERYTHING. Features many devs would consider a whole separate app are all here for you to mix and match to build exactly what you need, regardless of how specific. I’ve been using this app as a central pillar of my daily life for years now, and just submitted a couple of feature requests because any improvements here are just improvements to my life now. Seemed appropriate to let everyone know, then.Like another earlier glowing review, I use this app to manage the time blindness that comes with adult ADHD. The ability to customize exactly what the app will tell me and how often has been, without exaggeration, kind of life changing. If this app can meet my absurd needs of it, it can handily meet yours.
