Good intro to vegan diet; needs a few fixes

We found this to be a helpful aid for embarking on our dietician-recommended vegan diet. Many vegan cooking guides call for hard-to-find ingredients and hours of cooking, but these recipes are easy to shop for, and quick and easy to follow. I agree with another reviewer that it needs a little proof-reading and editing, and since the upgrade, all the meals, snacks and desserts are labeled as “dinner”. (Maybe it’s just my old iPhone?)

Great recipes, needs ability to scale

The app has great recipes but I wish it clearly stated how many people the plan is for and offered options to scale up and scale down recipes. I am just one person and as far as I can tell will need to modify the recipes and grocery lists for one.

I followed this strictly for 7 days and lost two pounds. I have more energy, less brain fog, sleeping more soundly at night, and my clothes are fitting better. I also bought the book and read it so it makes sense and reinforces my willpower. The recipes are simple and delicious. This app easily helps you quit meat & cheese & processed foods - I’m never going back to eating that way.
