Good intro to vegan diet; needs a few fixes

We found this to be a helpful aid for embarking on our dietician-recommended vegan diet. Many vegan cooking guides call for hard-to-find ingredients and hours of cooking, but these recipes are easy to shop for, and quick and easy to follow. I agree with another reviewer that it needs a little proof-reading and editing, and since the upgrade, all the meals, snacks and desserts are labeled as “dinner”. (Maybe it’s just my old iPhone?)

Has to be the best

I love the fact that you can keep restarting your “21 days” and the app mixes up the recipe order. Also, you can find other recipes not included in the “21 days. The recipes can be a bit much but that’s less often than more often. There are some little mistakes here and there, like making me divide the recipe ingredients when they are all come out to one dish and some times the ingredients don’t call for “garlic” but in the directions it mentions the garlic. I’ve used this app for over 2 years… I started doing my own thing but that led me to lean too far left (or right lol). Now I’m back using the app and the recipes are so clean and super healthy but so flavorful! The packaged “vegan” products were killing me! So much sodium and they’re still processed so my A1c went up. 2 weeks into this app again and my blood sugar is already on the decline. It dramatic yet but that’s cuz of the damage I’ve already done. Wish my review was shorter but the app IS AWESOME!!!

Amazing

This app is soooo good! I never knew vegan food could taste so much better than what I’d been eating before! The recipes come with multiple servings so I only do one day’s work of recipes per week, but each week I find a new favorite. Currently on day 5 and my favorite recipes thus far are: the Balsamic Zucchini Sandwich, Kickstart Kale and Grains Bowl, Pineapple and Citrus Green smoothie, and the Quickie Quesadillas. Honestly best sandwich, grains bowl, smoothie, and quesadilla I’ve ever had! I had no idea that going vegan could be sooooo delicious!!!
