Reviews were great so I decided to purchase plan for a year however I’ve experienced lots of issues with the stability of the line. Frequent drop calls and the tariff system per minute for every call unless you purchase an unlimited plan for a higher price. Outbound calls from the number come across as Spam Likely affecting how I use this line for business. I think there are better side line options out there that work better without the stupid tariff concept!

I haven’t even made a call and you’ve asked to for like 3 reviews already. It makes you look like the insecure, jealous high school boy who can’t believe he got a hot girlfriend and messes everything up cause he refuses to believe she actually like him because he’s sweet, witty, smart, and like an Ohio 6 (lookin at you Corey Matthews. God Tapanga Lawerence (probably spelled that wrong.... nope let’s mark that definitely) was so hot... wanted to touch the Hiney... still would if given the opportunity, so long as that thug Shaun Hunter and doofus Mathews weren’t there to ruin the entire experience. No thanks!! They’ll try and turn it into some Feeney life lesson and I really have no time for all that nonsense. I digress though. Oh yeah, 2nd Line- Quit being so needy and insecure. Not a good look. Also, I cancelled my free trial within 24hrs of signing up and you thieving clowns tried to charge my account for $5.99 anyway. I just talked to Apple who confirmed I should not be charged that. Now because of your thievery tactics, I can’t download worthwhile apps until Apple resolved the issue. I should sue you for incompetence and wasting so much of my time. DONT EVER USE THIS APP. THEY WILL TRY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY

Too many issues and poor customer service

I have wasted more money on this between a $20 monthly service that then didn’t get tracked after two weeks and then $60 for annual service that all through that period, my account is constantly getting flagged for “suspicious activity”, even though the only numbers are stateside are popular reputable businesses like my insurance company (USAA) and my credit union bank (Navy Federal). I will often open the app in a dire need to contact one of my agencies, most recently my bank for a credit fraud on my card, only to see that 2nd Line has once again flagged my account, even though I just confirmed all of my identity and showed all the proper documents a week prior. That’s not to mention customer service takes five-ever to reply to emails/ fix the issues. Even if you go with a more expensive option, it would be better than this app.

I never agreed to provide my phone number or ID, and I won’t use this service under these conditions. This is a scam, exploiting users for personal information.
