So I was given this watch by my mom since she never used it. Everything was good for a couple months until I stopped using it for a couple more months. I just started using it again and the watch still works, but the app logged me out under 24-Hr after logging in to the app. The app also tries to update the AGPS service but it always fails. I am so disappointed, but again the watch is still useable.

I setup the account, was logged in for about 24hrs and then….”login expired, please login again” message pops up. So clicked login, again the message, started from scratch and again the message pops up. I read some reviews and noticed that customer service asked customers to call their 800 number. I did call the, and after a little bit over 35 min on hold I requested a call back. I have never received a call back. I will have to return the 3+ Helio watch since apparently the app is not working and customer service is not answering

It constantly updates every time I try to do anything. So it’s effectively unusable. The updates always say successfu. Support had no response. I tried reloading the app and the problem continued, only it said the updates failed. Since I had no response from support I returned the watch.
