If you are like me and love to take photos, videos or just snap some time frame video. You have to try this all. I was using regular iOS timeLapse video. But it’s missing lots of features like slow down the shot or speed it up. You can not control the video quality like on this app. You can not delete individual frame or shot on the ios standard app. This app let you do that. I read somebody review saying it doesn’t save timeLapse as video but as photos. This person is doing it wrong you just have to click on play the video, change any setting at your desire and from there you will see and arrow pointing up on the right hand side once you click there you will see create video after it finish creating the video just click save to camera roll or share it to facebook or other social network site. I was having some problem and message Justin. I was surprise with his quick respond. And he helped me so much. Best customer support I had in a long time. Thank you Justin and keep the great work. I love your app
Thank you!! 🙏🙏
I have used the free app and eventually paid for the full app and think both are excellent apps that are thoughtfully built and do pretty much everything you would need them to do (for my purposes at least). Really smart to separate the taking of the photos and the creation of the video so you can clean up long stretches of identical photos and times you don't want before exporting. All the little extra settings (timing, delay start, size, quality, overlay templates, etc.) are very well done and seems to be robustly written with plenty of troubleshooting having been done (somebody unplugged my power cord one time and it stopped when the battery got low to save the data to that point rather than risk losing everything when the phone died - which was a life saver at that point!)No hesitation about recommending one of the best apps I've ever used on iOS.
I am a producer/professor and put a lot of time into research and testing new tech for my students and professional productions. Justin Cengar's OSnap allows photographers and videographers a way to incorporate high quality, user friendly time-lapse photography into their work flows. I'm a 'Mac' so this will be specific to an iPhone. I also started with the 'Lite' version and then purchased the full version that lets you upload to Camera Roll. The full version of the app is user intuitive, and meshes seamlessly from OSnap to Camera Roll to iMovie for iOS to the Internet.Justin answered all of my questions promptly and really cares about not only the quality if his app but also about the user's experience. This is the one folks. Test the 'Lite' if you like, but I recommend you just buy the full version.
This app needs more downloads. The app allows you to make some amazing stuff. I, personally, use the stop motion to make videos of my doodles coming alive and interacting with the pencil I leave on the page. I also use the timed camera to make choppy silent actions films (which I then put through some editing to add a more tape-like feel). The time lapse is great for taking a video of anything and then choosing the fps of that video. If you have a boat load of creativity, then this app is for you.Can I just take a moment to say that App Reviews have a character limit that's 6 times larger than my term paper's word count. This isn't academia, and no one is going to write a novel in the app review page. This has nothing to do with the app, but this is my first review, so yeah.
I've never reviewed an app before but this one was so good I felt I had to write. We had a modular house (3 modules) delivered and lifted onto a foundation and I wanted to set my old iPhone 4 to record it all day. It would have run out of storage for video but the time lapse was perfect. There is even a setting to adjust resolution to save memory and a setting to darken the screen when the photos begin to save the battery. You can adjust how often you want a photo (I took 1 photo every 15 seconds) and how many of the photos per second in playback. There are a lot more features but being able to save all of the photos to my phone and create a video so you don't have to view it from the app and then transfer them to my PC was the icing on the cake.
I just started using this app and made 2 claymations. I wanted to make a 3rd when it said you could only have 2. I was wondering if there was a way to delete the claymations, and I looked at one review here that said if you hit the edit button, it can delete them. I searched everywhere for the edit button and couldn’t find it.There was another option where you could pay $5 to make more. But when I bought the voice-over, I thought it was a bad idea, which brings me to my next problem. I bought the voice over option for 0.99. I used it on one of my claymations, and heard more static than my actual voice. I watch plenty of you tubers who have great voice overs, this one was pretty bad. Please make the quality of the voice over better, or I want a refund. Please respond as soon as you can and help me.Thank you.
