For 3 years now I can’t access my account or withdraw my funds from my account. All it tells me is we could not verify your account. Your account is now restricted from buying, selling and trading. To withdraw your balance please contact support. You can still access your DeFi wallet. I have contacted support for more than 100 times and still I’m facing the same issues. My account limits and features is not verified I need help

I can’t access my account because I have forgotten the password to my account and I couldn’t get the recovery phrase done before loosing the password but I have used my email to create the account and I have tried several times but it keeps asking for the recovery phrase to reset my account for me and let me withdraw my funds. Its been 4 years now. Can you please help me recover my account back?

I lost my money few weeks ago in a bitcoin investment. I lost over $45,000 they denied my withdrawal request and also left it pending. After doing this, and receiving the airdrops, the chains are so heavy and so secure that that’s really all I use and with the security that Blockchain provides, I will not be scared to spend more money on black chain because after transferring so many to so many different wallets it just gets easier with the chain
