4get. turns your smartphone into a 2003 green-LCD phone for a set amount of time. No feed, no scroll, no red badges. Just a countdown, a signal needle, and the quiet hum of an era before the attention economy.
HOW IT WORKS
— TUNE a session (15–120 minutes) and put the phone down.
— The screen becomes a 2003 dashboard: a seven-segment countdown, a trembling signal needle, static noise on a green LCD.
— Pick up the phone or wander off, and the SIGNAL drifts toward LOST. Hold the line, and something grows.
— When the timer ends, a forget-me-not is planted in your FIELD — one flower per day you came back to the real world.
FIELD
Your field is a calendar of days you stayed away. No streaks, no scores, no badges — just flowers on the days you looked up. Miss a day and nothing punishes you; the soil simply waits.
LOCK
Seal the apps that pull you back. During a session, 4get. uses Apple's Screen Time technology to shield the apps you choose. They come back when the timer ends — not before.

No account. No server. No analytics. No feed to check. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. The app is designed to be left alone — the less you touch it, the better it works.
