4Mfit 1:1 coaching features include a customized calorie deficit, nutrition guidance, an adjustable meal plan, weekly check ins with your coach that include progress pictures and in depth questions to support your goals. You will have access to private messaging with your coach to discuss your struggles, wins and new goals. You will also be given customized workouts tailored to your goals and have access to workout videos as well as an in app workout logger. The app will also include educational resources and recipes.

4Mfit 1:1 coaching is for you if you want to learn how to learn how to look and feel your best without giving up your favorite foods, you want to learn how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle change into your current routine, you want to improve your relationship with food, you are ready to change your mindset around diet, exercise, and how you view your own body, you are excited to adopt a workout routine that compliments your goals, you understand that good things take time, you are willing to trust the process, put in the work, and take ownership of your life and results.
