I really appreciate how convenient the app is. Being able to schedule your payments without the immediate need of a representative or automated system is 10/10. In hopes of seeing the growth in Upstart. I would make some adjustments to how long it takes the pending payment to withdraw. 7 days is excessively long especially with all the advancements in technology currently. With that, I believe with this change it would take less stress off the loan holders and introduce a more populous interest in the company itself for future loan holders.

This company is the worst loan company ever. They may give you a loan but you NEVER get the whole sum. That was just one bad part about this company.If you apply and get a loan, they keep something back for themselves and call it an "origination fee." What it REALLY is is an extortion fee. I applied, got 1700 dollars, they pocketed 200 of it and gave me 1500. Not only do they pocket it, YOU have to pay that back! You don't even see it and yet you have to pay it back! Extortion at its best.Not only that but I didn't need the loan because I went through my bank instead and my bank didn't charge me an extortion fee. What I applied for I got. Hats off to my honest bank. I couldn't cancel the loan as the loan was already on its way but customer service told me that if I sent the loan back then they would waive the extortion fee most likely since I paid off the loan early. I sent the loan back, paid it off early, same day that I got the money. Did they close out the account and honor their customer service reps word? NOPE! I still owe 208 dollars, the extortion fee.I've been in touch with the company and they said that I still owe the 208 and that they refuse to waive it. This company is the worst company ever and I will never apply for another loan through them again. I shared a message like this one on TrustPilot to spread the word about their shady business tactic and how they just don't care about you and will not honor what they promised.Stay far away from this company. Go through your bank or a credit union. That's your best bet for a loan. This company is shady and a bunch of thieves.

An actual company willing to give and actual loan

Best loan company I’ve used by far got an actual rate for a loan in the middle of the night and was able to complete it all through their website without ever once talking to a person in the middle of the night at that. As a night shift worker with pretty poor credit can’t recommend them enough. I also received my loan within two days of completing the application again I didn’t have to talk to a single person to do it all 10/10 service.
