Purchased their weekly trial it was $8.99 and extremely unclear on what you get after setting up my account I only uploaded 4 photos. I tried 3 different themes then ran out of credits. Since I didn’t like the photos that were create. I needed up buying 2000 coins (huge mistake). Since I originally uploaded 4 photos I wanted to add more but that wasn’t an option. I didn’t realize that once I create an account I can no longer upload more photos without being charged an additional 8.99. Overall a very horrible experience and very fishy process.

Trying to figure out what I get with the plan I signed up for. No help. FAQ section is less than helpful. No clear explanation of credit delivery or when they refresh if ever or if you sign up just so you can purchase more credits through the in house shop. I tried messaging them through the app. No response. So this will just remain until I get any answers because at this time it is a very bad and unclear layout in terms of what I’m spending my money on.

I don’t know why these creators think the only thing we want to do is create snow bunnies and that’s all. I foolishly subscribed to this thinking it was like the older flexible version. Now I wasted my money for a year for it to gather cobwebs.
