I must say that this app is headed definitely in the right direction in terms of it being very comparable to apps used in other countries, such as Uber and Lyft used in the USA. I used the app during my entire five day stay and was very impressed with the ease of requesting a driver, minimal wait time, and reasonable rates. Occasional technical glitches like the app freezing up were understandable. The app provided an overall wonderful rideshare experience being able to see the routes in real-time and the rates beforehand. Definitely an app to consider for all of your rideshare needs while on the island.
A good competitor for Pick Up Barbados

The app has just started and already I can say that this app is a good competitor to another cab booking app in Barbados Puck Up BarbadosHowever, the creators of the app should not relax. Here are a few recommendations: 1. Make the credit card linked to your personal account so that you don't have to enter your card details every time you order a cab. 2. Make credit card debit only if the driver has accepted the order. 3. Make it possible to send tips to drivers in the app by debiting tips from the credit card. 4. Add filters in the app when ordering a cab, for example: air conditioning, non-smoking driver. Or for example preferences in music. 5. Add additional services to the app. For example, courier services of the driver. For example, I don't want to rive but I need to send documents, why not use a service from the cab)?
