The app is legit. I’m up 10 more units this last month using RotoBot than I was last month without it. My only I guess “problem” I’ve had are sometimes it’s a little slow but when your as accurate as this app is I don’t really mind slow. I will say though I started off with just the week sub tried it for two weeks was going to upgrade but every time I’m about to upgrade the next week comes out. If I upgrade after the weekly charge will the app charge me the full monthly amount or adjust accordingly?

I downloaded this app to help with yahoo fantasy football. It locked me out of my account possibly for breaking terms of service on yahoo. The app encourages you to sync your fantasy app to it for real time suggestions; 10 minutes after doing that I was locked out of my fantasy app and my fantasy account I’ve used for years is unable to be recovered and I’m having to contact yahoo directly through customer service to see if I can get it back. The recommendations the app gave me in the 10 minutes using it were terrible and had me losing a ton of value with every proposal. I also asked the ai to specifically give me a trade where I get two better wide receivers in exchange for my top tier running back. Six times in a row it gave me a trade where I was getting one wide receiver and a running back despite me correcting it over and over again. Not only was it not helpful but I paid $10/week to try it for one week and it may have ruined my fantasy account and lost me the league if I can’t get signed back in.

Another thing is when you go into the App Discovery and click a “ Quick “ Player Prop Analysis like “ Jabari Smith over Under 25.5 PR “ the app will load then immediately crash, then I have to log back into the app. While I do think this app can be better than most as of right not it simply is not. There need to be immediate and major changes. It makes me want to request a refund.

Be Careful With the Free Trial

I signed up for RotoBot after being offered a 3-day (72-hour) free trial, with the understanding that the $79 annual subscription would be charged after the trial ended.Unfortunately, I was charged the full annual fee approximately 60 hours into the 72-hour trial, meaning the charge occurred roughly 12 hours before the trial was supposed to expire.I noticed the charge immediately and attempted to cancel and request a refund while I was still within the trial period. I also submitted a support ticket right away, but my request was not addressed. Since then, the in-app option to request a refund and the support-ticket system appear to have been removed, leaving only a general feedback option.I want to emphasize that my concern isn’t simply being charged for a subscription. I knowingly signed up for a trial that was supposed to convert after 3 days. My concern is that the annual charge occurred before the advertised trial period had ended, followed by difficulty obtaining support or requesting a refund.The app itself may be useful, but based on my experience, I recommend that potential users carefully monitor the exact timing of the trial and the resulting charge before signing up.I hope RotoBot addresses this issue and improves transparency around trial billing and customer support.
