I like the app. I would like to see a way to see which cards I am missing from the set. I like that we can see how much our cards are worth but I wish I could see which ones I am missing.

I downloaded the app and went ahead and signed up to a subscription yesterday, but didn’t have time until today to actually familiarize myself with the app. I noticed that most of the negative reviews pointed to it being a subscription service, which I didn’t mind and already expected…as I said I signed up to the annual plan immediately after downloading. I’ve been using it less than ten minutes and am still struggling to even get it to accurately scan a card. I have it on a flat service laying over a black felt stand, proper lighting overhead and even a professional camera/stand specifically for this reason and have yet to get it to accurately scan a card. I’ll scan a legendary Elsa card and it brings up wreck it Ralph characters, which is incredibly strange to me. I find it strange because those two cards have absolutely nothing in common in terms of card appearance. The one I’m attempting to scan is a purple border, foil, with very muted color scheme and the card it says I’m scanning is a multi colored, pinks/yellows/green card, not even accurately recording the rarity type. What’s the issue? If I’m using professional equipment and setup and immediately run into this issue then what is the purpose? I immediately requested and received a refund and will hopefully find an alternate app that can accurate catalog and organize my collection, but this certainly wasn’t it, sadly.

I love the scanner on this, but it’d be nice if it kept the scanner open after you add a card. I’m trying to add a bunch of cards at once and I have to keep opening the scan option again after I add each card. I like how Mana Box’s scan feature works so you can add a bunch of cards at once pretty seamlessly. Either way, still my favorite option for organizing my Lorcana collection.

This app was amazing. It made cataloging my collection so easy!My only problem is that one day I logged in, to continue cataloging and suddenly half my catalogued collection disappeared. Just flat out disappeared. Deleted. Gone. There’s no way to recover it, and now I have to start all over. This is not ideal, especially for the price tag. Makes me really hesitant to even try, let alone subscribe to their other app. Please fix this issue so I can go back to loving this app.
