Voicerec is the AI voice recorder that takes notes for you. Record meetings, lectures and ideas on iPhone, iPad or Mac and get a transcript, a summary and action items. Then ask your recordings anything.

Choose General, Meeting, One-on-one, Stand-up, Interview, Lecture, Sales or Voice note. Meetings get topics, decisions and open questions; lectures get key concepts, examples, assignments and review questions. Summaries are written in the recording's language.
NEW: PEOPLE AND CATCH-UP BRIEFS
Voicerec lists everyone you've recorded with, using the speaker names you set in your transcripts. Before you meet, tap Catch me up (Premium) for a short brief: what you last discussed, what was promised and what to follow up, linked to the moments it's based on.
NEARLY 100 LANGUAGES
Pick a language or let Voicerec detect it. Speaker labels show who said what in about 60 languages, and a mixed-language mode handles conversations that switch languages.
ORGANIZE, SEARCH AND SHARE
Sort recordings into color-coded collections, bookmark them, edit transcripts and name speakers. Full-text search finds any word in your transcripts. Share a link (Premium) that plays in the browser, no account needed, with an optional password. Or export audio and transcripts.
RECORD MEETINGS ON MAC
On Mac, Voicerec lives in your menu bar and records system audio plus your microphone, so it captures Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any app with no bot joining. Recordings sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac.
RELIABLE BY DESIGN
Recordings are saved on your device first, resume after phone calls and interruptions, upload automatically when you're back online, and are recovered after an unexpected quit.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up to your private account. Our speech-recognition provider (Deepgram) handles transcription; Google's AI (Vertex AI) processes summaries, Ask, briefs and name suggestions. Voicerec asks for your consent before using AI features, and you can turn them off in Settings.

One subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Your subscription renews automatically and is charged to your Apple Account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
