Allow the translation to speak slower or faster

The Spanish translation is very fast. It would be helpful to be able to slow down the speaker.

These THIEVES will steal your money

I unsubscribed from the app and they charged me anyways. I requested a refund for the 9.99$ and they are only prorating 2.85$. I only have 6 minutes of time logged in the app during the 7 day “FREE” trial. Which is only enough time of trying to use it to translate and it didn’t even work. I had to call Apple support to “TRY” to get my full refund. They are saying that I might not even get and I can’t call back to further “escalate” my inquiry. This is just plain THEFT! In what terms is it listed that even if you unsubscribe from a service days before the renewal that you will be charged without your consent? How is 6 minutes used during a 7 day free trial only prorate a 2.85$ refund out of the 9.99$ that I was charged? There is 10,080 minutes in 7 days and I only used 6 minutes. I wouldn’t touch another app made by this developer even if I was bribed.

I downloaded this app and they billed for the year without a trial. The app does not function - the language defaults keep resetting so that it only translates from English to English or Spanish to English. I am in Japan and it is now working. The app shows that you can cancel subscription but there is not a an obvious place in the app to cancel or instructions for how to do this. The app is likely a scam and I am leaving a review in hopes that someone cancel - ideally I’d get a refund too as I just downloaded and cannot use the app. I tried to submit a query on their customer support app but the form shows an “error” and I cannot submit concern or request to cancel on their site. This is a poor product and may be a scam.

The app doesn’t save my languages. It keeps going back to Spanish which I have never used. When trying to use the face to face feature it gets stuck on a loading screen.
