I think this is a useful supplement but not a core curriculum. I love the original Ello, especially to be able to have at least three kids profiles .. this is only for one 😓

Don’t waste your time or money

Do not update to Ello 2.0. It’s a push for money. Parents have to have two phone numbers if they want to set up for 2 kids, cannot be under the same dashboard, have to pay for unlimited twice - once per kid if you want it, and free says “limited parent reports” but you cannot even see your child’s grade level or any progress unless you upgrade to unlimited. They used to have a program for low income families, that’s gone “but the original Ello will keep that program” which means they’re charging for 2 separate apps and programs. They say they will release an update to allow for multiple children under one account (which original Ello already had) like that was an after thought after first thinking to charge $400 if you want two kids to have unlimited for a year was acceptable. It’s a disgrace, truly. Don’t waste your time or money.

Love it as a Math and Reading supplement!
Ello 2.0 new user
Our household currently has 2 children using Ello 2.0, (math and reading). We previously used Ello without the adaptive AI features and think this new program is a great supplement to our children's core curriculum. We appreciate that it does not correct every single reading error, which is helping to gain our children’s confidence in reading. The program asks questions after a reading lesson, which demonstrates our children’s understanding of what they are reading. Since using this program we have seen a shift in learning to read towards reading to learn. We highly recommend this program!
Endless loop of the same question

You can not change setting or grade level once you create your child account. Also I can see a bug where the same set of questions keep repeated. Finally once I created account I can not change the setting even after deleting and redownloading the app. Would great if these issues are fixed—————-Update: the issue was fixed. Thanks for the technical support that reached me over email for solving it
