This app won’t let you cancel and will keep charging you. It does not show up on the Apple subscriptions. You try to contact them on the app and it says mail complainer does not work on this device. Shame on the App Store to let this in the App Store.

Sooo i got the app, there was a 3 day free trial that i wanted to try out, didnt like it much, whatever, so i cancelled the subscription literally 10-20 mins later. Then a couple days go by and yesterday i find that they charged my card 7.99. Which wouldve been whatever wouldve just emailed and try to rectify the issue. BUT i got onto their page got their customer service email- WHICH doesnt work. And so i tried everything and everything has been a lose end. Maybe there was an issue in their system but still it was some money spent. So this is my next attempt at reaching out to get a refund on the 7.99 that shouldnt have been charged in the first place.

Warning – Scammers charge even if you never subscribed

Just like many others have already described in their reviews, I can sadly confirm: this app is a scam. They continue to withdraw money even though the subscription was cancelled in time — or in some cases, even if no subscription was ever activated at all.There is no proper way to cancel through the app itself, and the cancellation via the Apple Store doesn’t stop the charges either. There is no real customer support or way to contact them directly, which makes this even more frustrating.Do not download this app under any circumstances. It’s a total scam and they’re stealing money from users.

I’m not planning to write a bad review, but after 2 fail attempts getting a refund and an invalid email provided on their terms and conditions, I just think it’s needed to warn everyone about this app. False advertising. It states: 1 week trial, then $X. A trial means FREE use for a certain period of time to see if you like to commit or keep using the app. No it’s not true. If you look at their terms, if you use more than one features, it will assume you want the service of the app and charge you for that 1 week. You only have 2 days to resolve any issue with the app and maybe for a potential refund. Yes 2 days after the subscription….. and with an invalid email address :) Good luck guys!Also if you are on the 1 week trial and don’t cancel soon enough, it will auto charge you 24hrs before your trial end for you 2nd week of subscription. Sneaky.
