This app has some genuinely great concepts, creative storylines, and engaging drama series that kept me coming back. The writing and ideas are strong, and I was excited enough to purchase VIP.Unfortunately, after finding around eight different stories I enjoyed, every single one stopped at roughly 30 episodes and left the plot unfinished. As a paying VIP subscriber, this is extremely disappointing and makes it difficult to invest in new stories or continue my subscription when there is no resolution.Are there any plans to complete these unfinished series, or is this the intended format for the app? The content has a lot of potential, but leaving so many stories incomplete is not sustainable, especially for paying customers.

I tend to bounce around platforms as the content gets boring. I tried idrama a while back and saw some new stories so decided to try again. Never AGAIN!First the dramas have gotten really bad. Like maybe 10-30 episodes and then they abruptly stop. Some the buffering is horrible and you get bounced around. Fine, I figured watch the week and just go. But then I couldn’t cancel. They don’t actually sign you up like an apple subscription, they do apple pay. So you can’t go into apple account and cancel. Not only can you not cancel yourself but you can’t cancel it on the idrama platform either. You have to submit a feedback ticket and then they say 72 hours. I had everything in my ticket needed to cancel my account along with asking for the account to be cancelled. I got a reply a day later asking if I wanted the account cancelled. When I responded yes they closed the ticket and I had to start all over again. In which time they charged me again, and then refuse to refund. Literally only one other app I’ve found ever to be worse than this one. Don’t waste your $ or your time.

I am reporting this app due to what appears to be a misleading and possibly fraudulent subscription practice.After downloading the app, I was charged $20 per week for a subscription. The issue is that there does not appear to be any clear or working way to cancel the subscription.The app instructs users to cancel through Apple Subscriptions or Google Subscriptions, but the subscription does not appear there. There is also no working cancellation option inside the app itself. Even after deleting the account, the weekly charges continue.The app may respond by telling users to use the “Feedback” section, but that section does not provide any real help. When opened, it only shows a blank screen stating, “You have no feedback at this time,” with no other options available.The only way I was able to stop the charges was by blocking the company/merchant through my payment method so they could no longer charge me. This should not be the only solution. Users should be able to cancel their subscriptions easily and directly.This creates a situation where users are being charged weekly without a clear way to cancel. I believe this is deceptive and should be investigated immediately. I was still being charged while actively trying to cancel my subscription.Please review this app and its subscription practices, as this appears to be a scam and a serious consumer protection issue.

Most of the popular, interesting movies were incomplete. When I contacted customer service, they promised that the remaining episodes would be uploaded soon. Two days ago, I received a notification saying, "The remaining episodes are now available, we're waiting for you!" But in reality, not a single episode had been added. I even updated the app, but it made no difference.For the past two days, I’ve been foolishly checking it dozens of times with high hopes, yet nothing has changed. Customer service is just stalling me with scammy phrases like, "We apologize, we are looking into it." This is a pure scam and a complete violation of business ethics.If you are reading this report your bank and get charge back. More importantly, report them to your local consumer protection office to show that we live in society governed by law. Hooking people with ai generated without even making real films, just to milk money out of them for weeks is nothing but easy money and flat out theft!
